Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unused and Unopened: Perfume oils must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Within the Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Perishable goods
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to vingeessence@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Assessment: We will review your request and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
Third-Party Responsibility: If the damage occurred during delivery by a third-party courier, we will work with you to facilitate the claims process with the delivery service.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refund or Replacement: Once the damage claim is resolved with the delivery service, we will provide you with a refund or replacement item(s) as appropriate. Any refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 working days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
